He built and led creative operations organizations through some of the most significant transformations in modern media — the streaming revolution, the shift to data-driven marketing, and the pivot to a distributed workforce — while maintaining the culture, momentum, and creative standards that defined his teams.

Paul came to leadership not through a traditional door but through determination, curiosity, and the generosity of people who were willing to look past the resume and bet on the person.

He is also a musician, a former DJ, and a lifelong student of what makes people and teams perform at their very best.
